It has been operating for over 25 years and it currently operates 8 clinics in London (Harley Street, Knightsbridge and City), Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Glasgow.

The Company is focused on safe, modern, non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments and specialises in the field of laser and radio frequency treatments for snoring and breathing problems, fat removal, breast enlargements, varicose veins, cosmetic dentistry, skin conditions and rejuvination.

The Company also offers a very broad portfolio of aesthetic treatments including anti-ageing and dermatology skin treatments, chemical peels, acne scars treatments, cellulite reduction and hair transplants.

On February 1, 2008 BlueGem acquired 100% of the share capital of The Private Clinic Group from Mr. Brendan Kearney, founder and Chairman of the Company.

In April 8, 2009, The Private Clinic Group expanded its network of clinics acquiring Hans Place Practice Ltd, Dr. Mike Comins prestigious clinic in Knightsbridge. As part of the transaction, Dr. Comins has been engaged to provide consultancy services as independent medical director.
