Sophie Gilchriest is the Finance and Operation Director of BlueGem Capital Partners.

Before joining BlueGem in April 2009, Sophie used to work as Fund control manager at Endeavour Capital LLP, a fixed income hedge fund.

Sophie has been working in finance and operations for seven years, gaining experience in both investment banking and investment management, holding positions at Rabobank, Archeus Capital Management and GlobeOp Financial Services.

Sophie has a BA in Business Studies from Brighton University with a year of her studies spent in New York, working for Merrill Lynch and is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
