Enrico Vitali is a Managing Partner of
the firm “Tremonti,
Vitali, Romagnoli, Piccardi e Associati” active in legal
advisory to major corporations on a wide range of tax and corporate
issues. The firm was founded in 1990 by Prof. Giulio Tremonti,
formerly Italian Minister of Economy.
Prior to starting his private venture Enrico
Vitali worked at Deloitte Haskins & Sells,
Coudert Brothers and Deloitte Touche
Tohmatsu International.
He also has been teaching (1990-1995) at the AIFI
(Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) and
he is a contributor to national and international technical magazines
and seminars. He is also international correspondent for Italy
of "The
Journal of International Taxation".
Mr. Vitali is certified as Dottore Commercialista and Revisore
Contabile and he is acting as member of the board of auditors
and board of directors of a number of Italian companies and banks.
Enrico Vitali graduated summa cum laude in Political
Sciences at Cesare Alfieri University in Florence in 1985.
