Since October 2007, Mario Greco is Deputy CEO
Global Life Insurance of Zurich Financial Services. Mario Greco
has been from February 2006 to June 2007, the CEO of Eurizon Financial
Group S.p.A., the Intesa SanPaolo arm which controls EurizonVita
(life insurance), Eurizon Capital (asset management) and Banca
Fideuram (private banking and asset management). From April 2005
to February 2006 he has been Managing Director and General Manager
of Assicurazioni Internazionali di Previdenza (AIP and subsequently
EurizonVita) S.p.A.
Prior to joining Eurizon, Mario Greco had a long professional
experience in the insurance company RAS, where he worked from
1995 to 2005, being Managing Director and CEO since 1998.
Prior to his experience in RAS, he was partner-leader
in the Italian insurance sector of McKinsey & Company until 1994.
Mario Greco graduated summa cum laude in Economics at
the University of Rome and holds a Master in International
Economics and Monetary Theory from Rochester University, N.Y.
(USA).
Mario Greco is a member of the Board of Directors
of Indesit, Saras, L’Espresso and Bocconi University.
