Shareholders Buy-out / Replacement Capital
- Differing shareholders objectives: Differing
shareholders’ view on future strategy leading some
of them to seek an exit from their investment.

- Growth capital requirement: Mid-sized
companies, often family-owned, requiring capital to develop
