mergers and acquisitions advisory at Greenhill & Co International
in London.
The investment team strives to apply the discipline
and the experience gained in a US investment bank environment to
the mid-market industry in Italy and in the UK.
The investment team works very closely with the
Advisory Board for the analysis of potential investment opportunities
and for the maximisation of the deal-flow arising from the network
of contacts available to the Advisory
Board members.
The investment team has established a very
strong and effective relationship with the club of
BlueGem’s
investors, aiming at generating additional deal-flow and
analysing investment opportunities with important and recognised
industry experts.
