The BeautyNova Group was created following the acquisition of Pool Service / Medavita in September 2019 and of the Panzeri Group in October 2020. The two companies are headquartered close to each other in the north west of Milan.
Pool Service is a leading developer and manufacturer of premium professional hair care products under both own and third party brands. The most prominent of the own brands is Medavita, with a history of over 50 years and known for its high efficacy, scientific formulas of its full range of professional haircare products.
Panzeri is a fully branded developer of professional haircare products, trading under the z.one concept brand umbrella, which in turn includes milk_shake, simply zen and No Inhibition. The group also owns the male grooming brand Depot. While Italy is still the number one market for Panzeri, the businesses also has a very successful business in the United States and Canada, as well as other markets around the world.
Under the leadership of CEO Stefano Banfo and Bluegem, BeautyNova will gradually integrate the two businesses and cross fertilise each other to further accelerate the growth.
