Ben is a compliance and governance professional with extensive experience across UCITS, AIFMs, and private banking, now serving as Manager and Conducting Officer at BlueX Sàrl since 2022, where he oversees Compliance and AML-CFT. He began his career at EY in 2005 with international exposure, before moving into internal controls and senior compliance roles in leading asset managers.​ 

His career reflects a progression from technical compliance roles into executive leadership, combining regulatory, operational, and strategic responsibilities. This evolution highlights a strong ability to operate at the intersection of governance, regulatory oversight, and business management.

His experience, alongside his Master’s degree from ICN Business School, and a Master Class Compliance Officer certification(M3) and his ALCO membership, gives him a well-rounded perspective on managing the AIFM in complex regulatory environments.​
