Founded in 2011 by Steve Burgraff, Guillaume Pagliano and Alexandre Auriac, Big Fernand pioneered the gourmet burger frenzy in France and still prides itself on making the best burgers a la française. French cheese is sourced in bulk, fresh meat is minced and potatoes are cut and fried each morning in the restaurants. Currently, Big Fernand operates nearly forty restaurants in France, Dubai, Hong Kong and London.
