Janice has more than 25 years professional experience in private equity and investment banking, she is focused on the UK and Ireland including the sourcing and execution of new investments and portfolio management.

Previously Janice worked at Active Partners and Change Capital Partners, both investors in consumer brands and retail with a particular focus on the UK. She has sourced and executed investments into numerous companies and has held multiple board positions driving strategy, growth, management evolution and liquidity events. Janice started her career at Merrill Lynch in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, financing and IPOs.

Janice holds a BA Hons in Economics and Business from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.
