Laia joined Bluegem as an Investment Analyst in 2025.

She is focusing on deal evaluation and execution across Europe, with a particular focus on the Spanish market.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Laia was an Associate Director at UBS London in the Real Estate, Leisure & Lodging team, gaining extensive experience in Investment Banking and M&A.

Laia holds a Double Degree in Law & Business Administration from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, including exchange programs at Bocconi University in Milan, Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and Science PO in Paris.

Laia is Spanish and speaks Spanish, English, Catalan, French and Italian.
