Max Runte
Investment Director

Maximilian Runte joined Bluegem Capital Partners LLP as Investment Director and Head of DACH & Benelux in 2026. He leads Bluegem's deal execution and portfolio management efforts across these regions.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Max was a Vice President at PAI Partners, where he worked on numerous transactions in the real economy across Europe. Prior to that, he worked at Rivean Capital and started his career at Gilde Healthcare Partners.

Max holds a Master in Accounting and Finance from the University of St Gallen and a Bachelor in Business Management from King's College London.

Max is German and speaks English, German, French and Italian.
