Bluegem Capital Partners Continues To Grow

As Bluegem continues its 2.0 journey, we are pleased to share a team update and welcome three new colleagues who further strengthen our platform across Digital Value Creation, Investment Execution and Governance. 

Leïla Lazreq – Chief Digital Officer (London)
Leïla joins us from L’Oréal, where she has served as Chief Digital Officer (UK & Ireland) and previously led Consumer Engagement & Innovation. Her experience spans creator/influencer strategy and content, CRM and data-led growth, and open innovation—building ecosystems that connect brands, creators, retail partners and tech start-ups. Prior to L’Oréal, Leïla held senior digital roles at Unilever (including Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer and Head of Digital Strategy UK&I) and spent six years at eBay in marketing innovation and CRM leadership roles across Europe.

Laia Tarongi Ruz – Associate, Investment Team (London)
Following the opening of the Bluegem office in Madrid, and the increased focus in this market, Laia joins Bluegem’s investment team as an Associate focused on Iberia, bringing transaction experience from UBS Investment Banking in London, where she worked across investment banking and M&A execution. She strengthens our capability across deal evaluation, diligence and execution as we continue to back resilient B2B and B2B2C real economy businesses.

Stéphane Licht – Conducting Officer (Luxembourg)
Stéphane joins as Conducting Officer with 20 years’ experience in asset management, including six years as Conducting Officer for Risk and Valuation. He brings extensive expertise across UCITS and AIF structures (including private equity, real estate, hedge and frontier market strategies), with strong exposure to portfolio management oversight, valuation governance and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks (including AIFMD, UCITS, SFDR, EMIR and DORA).
