Pierre-Arthur is a value creation professional with extensive experience supporting private equity-backed companies in driving operational performance and strategic transformation. He has been advising Bluegem portfolio companies since 2022, partnering closely with leadership teams to accelerate execution and deliver sustainable growth.

He brings deep expertise in post-merger integration, having led complex cross-border integrations - particularly between France and Spain - enabling organizations to capture synergies and unlock value.

Pierre-Arthur is also an active investor in small and mid-sized companies and serves on several boards, where he contributes to strategic decision-making, governance and long-term value creation.

Prior to this, he held consulting roles at Alvarez & Marsal and Roland Berger, advising corporates and financial sponsors on transformation, restructuring and integration programs in international contexts.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from ESSEC, alongside degrees in Engineering and Economics.
