Based in Luxembourg since 2013, Sam brings end-to-end alternative funds expertise across AIFM, fund administration, depositary, distribution, and fund governance, including seven-plus years in a third-party AIFM onboarding and overseeing PE, infrastructure, real estate and FoF strategies.

Previously Business Development Director and Strategic Committee member at Lemanik Asset Management and earlier at Brown Brothers Harriman, Sam also serves as an independent director to several GP entities and is an automation-minded builder of oversight tools. He holds an Executive MBA from Buckinghamshire University and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
