Stephane Licht joined Bluegem Capital Partners as Conducting Officer responsible for Risk Management and Valuation in January 2026.

Based in Luxembourg for over 20 years, Stephane brings extensive experience across risk management, valuation, and fund governance. He has held senior roles within both in-house and third-party management companies, supporting complex multi-asset platforms in regulated environments.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Stephane served as Head of Risk Management at SEB Group, and as Conducting Officer for Risk and Valuation at Eastspring Asset Management and Mirabaud Asset Management (Europe).

Stephane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université de Lorraine, is a certified Risk Management Specialist (ALRIM / HoT), and is also a lecturer in Risk Management at the House of Training, where he contributes to industry training and best-practice development
