Vanessa Szep joined Bluegem Capital Partners as Legal Counsel in the Luxembourg Office in January 2026.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Vanessa served as legal counsel at KKR’s Luxembourg service provider, supporting KKR’s private equity investments in Luxembourg. She has also worked as a law clerk at the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas and Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest. She has also completed the Luxembourg Bar Admission Classes.

Vanessa is Hungarian and speaks English, French, German, Luxembourgish and Hungarian.
